Virginia Alexander (101) passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at Baldwyn Nursing Facility. She was a member of Pathway Methodist Church, and a retired teacher. She enjoyed reading her Bible, playing dominoes, and visiting with people.
Services are 1 pm Saturday, February 1, 2025 in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. David English officiating. Burial will follow in Jumpertown Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Friday, January 31, 2025 in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.
Virginia is survived by her son, Eddie Alexander (Brenda) of Guntown; her sister-in-law, Avis Hall; her grandchildren, Angelia Denise Owen and Brian Alexander; her great-grandchildren, Cole Owen (Mallory), Kinsley Alexander, Colson Alexander, Noah Alexander and Allie Robinson (Brandon); and her great-great-grandson, John Bradley Owen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Annie Carpenter; her brothers, John William Carpenter and Morton Edgar Carpenter; and her sister, Mary Bell Carpenter.
Pallbearers are James Fortner, Jerry Davis, Justin Davis, H.B. Lindsey and Rex Myhand.
