Valerie Juliette Ratliff

Valerie Juliette Ratliff (57) passed away Monday, November 27, 2023. She enjoyed cooking, listening to music, watching Chicago Fire, eating out and spending time with her family, friends and her grandchildren.

Services are 2 pm Wednesday, December 6, 2023 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Balius officiating. Burial will follow in the Zion Rest Community Cemetery. Visitation will be 12-2 pm Wednesday in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

Valerie is survived by her daughter, Mechelle Williams (Shaquille) of Corinth; her sons, Brody Ratliff of Booneville and Alex Ratliff (Beth) of Booneville; her step-children, Heather Pilgrim (Curtis) of AR and Samantha Chambers of Corinth; her brother, Randy Essary of Booneville; her sister, Annette McDowell of Booneville and 14 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Junior and Joan Essary; her sister, Saratha Essary and her significant other, Nick Wilbanks.

Pallbearers are Brent Johnson, Anthony Hoard, Bryson Asher, Richard Thorne, Stacy Wilbanks, John Wright and Jessie McKinney.
