Tony Dale Brown

Tony Dale Brown (78) passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the National Guard for 20+ years. He was a Sunday School teacher at New Lebanon Freewill Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Confederate Sons of America. He retired from the Tenn-Tom Waterway where he worked at the lock and dam. He loved hunting, especially rabbit hunting. He also had a passion for fishing, camping, taking trips and volunteering in the community.

Services are 3 pm Saturday, March 30, 2024 at New Lebanon Freewill Baptist Church with Bro. Jack Whitley and Turner Sanderson officiating. Burial will follow in the New Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation will be 12-3 pm Saturday at New Lebanon Freewill Baptist Church.

Tony is survived by his wife of 36 years, Louise Brown of Booneville; his son, Carson Brown (Charity) of Tempe, AZ; his daughters, Brenda Horn (Phillip) of Belmont, Stephanie Galloway (Kevin) of Eupora and Tina Gray (Wesley) of Tishomingo; his brothers, Dwight Brown of Booneville and Dennis Brown (Regenia) of Corinth; his grandchildren, Drew Horn, Nick Horn (Halie), Sam Horn, Logan Brown, Olivia Garcia (Jensel), Reily Gray and Macy Gray and his great-grandchildren, Hayes Horn and Leo Garcia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leamon and Eula Brown; his son, Jason Brown; his brother, James Brown and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ruth Brown and Shirley Brown.

Pallbearers are Drew Horn, Nick Horn, Sam Horn, Turner Sanderson, Nicholas Sanderson and Terry Frazier.

Honorary pallbearers are the men from the "Round Table."
