Teresa Taylor Chaffin (60) passed away Friday, March 21, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was of Christian faith. She was the owner and the glue of Southern Express Brokerage. She was a graduate of Wheeler High School Class of 1983 and then attended Northeast. She was a very smart, kind and generous woman who always believed in treating others how you wanted to be treated. Her laugh and smile would light up the room.
Teresa enjoyed fishing, camping, sitting by her pool, watching birds (especially red birds) and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Services are 2 pm Sunday, March 23, 2025 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Balius and Bro. Dale Michael officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Saturday, March 22, 2025 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.
Teresa is survived by her husband of 34 years, Garner Chaffin; her daughters, Heather Wilbanks (Steven) and Amanda Farrar (Cody); her brother, James "Bubby" Taylor; her sister, Debbie Taylor; her grandchildren, Preston & Ellahna Wilbanks and Denver Rose Farrar and her special cat, Tommy Love.
She was preceded in death by her father, Belah Taylor and her mother, Marie Taylor.
Pallbearers are Joey Gross, Mike McAnally, Chris Lindley, Gary Fleming, Tim Cole, Tim Fleming and Bruce Johnson.
