Sue (Jumper) Mauney

Sue Mauney (86) passed away Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, her flowers, shopping, watching HGTV, talking with her sisters, singing at church and taking care of her grandchildren.

Services are 2 pm Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Concord Baptist Church with Bro. Marvin Robbins officiating. Burial with graveside services will be in the Concord Cemetery. Private family visitation will be 5-7 pm on Monday at the church. Facial Coverings will be required to attend services.

Sue is survived by her son, Jerry Mauney (Jenni) of Cotton Plant; her daughters, Candy Hatcher (Stacy) of Dumas and LaShundra Hall (Will) of Ripley; her sister, Mary Catherine Yates (William) of Dry Creek; her grandchildren, Manuel Mauney (Candace), Alison Wade (Tom), Becky Mauney, Jessi Mauney, Sara Derrick (David), Jared Peach, Dillan Ericksen, Maddy Ericksen, Gracie Ericksen, Colby Hatcher, Maddee Hall, Rylee Hall, Emmitt Hall and Savannah Schorfheide (Justin) and her great-grandchildren, J.B., Hallie, Ali, Emily, Zoey, B.J., Jackson, Lawe, Lane, Everleigh, Madalyn, Riley, Lily and Hayden.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmitt Mauney; her daughter, Connie Mauney; her parents, Colonel and Lottie May Jumper; 6 brothers and 4 sisters.

Pallbearers are; Johnny Gale Parks, Colby Hatcher, Manuel Mauney, Lane Mauney, Justin Schorfheide and Jimmy Crow.

Honorary pallbearers are; Lawe Mauney, Emmitt Hall, Jackson Mauney, Dillan Ericksen, J.B. Schorfheide, Jared Peach and Gale Parks.
