Sue Dillard (81) passed away Friday, December 24, 2021 at her home in Booneville. She was a member of Gaston Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the joys of her life. She attended countless ballgames and any other activity her grandchildren were involved in.
Services are 2 pm Monday, December 27, 2021 at Gaston Baptist Church with Bro. Marty Hurt and Bro. Matt Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Ingomar Cemetery. Visitation will be 12-2 pm Monday at Gaston Baptist Church.
Sue is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Larry Dillard of Booneville; her daughter, Lisa Dillard Horn (David) of Booneville; her sister, Lavon Dunnam (Alan) of New Albany; her grandchildren, Drew Horn (Mallory) of New Albany, John David Horn of Blackland and Emily Brown (Steven) of Iuka; her great-grandchildren, Dawson, Swayze Grace and Mary Elizabeth Horn and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Vivian Jackson; her brother, Lamar Jackson; her son, Marty Dillard; her father-in-law & mother-in-law, Earl and Lorene Dillard and her sister-in-law, Betty Miller.
Pallbearers are; Don Eubanks, Dr. David Greenhall, David Huddleston, Jerry Rowland, Phil Pitts and Raymond Entrekin.
Honorary pallbearers are members of the Sanctuary Sunday School Class.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gaston Baptist Church Youth group.
