Shirley Barrett

Shirley Barrett (79) passed away Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital in Greenwood, MS. She was born September 30, 1941. Shirley was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with family, friends and loved ones. Shirley was known for her kind, giving heart. She always used her time taking care of others and providing any care that she could. Shirley enjoyed working on her flowers around her home.

Graveside services are 1 pm Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Gaston Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 am until 12:30 pm in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Ken Nash officiating.

Shirley is survived by her brother, Ralph Key; her sisters, Helen Green, Ann English, Jolene Perry (Perk), Janice Whitehorn and Pat Henderson (Terry); her daughter, Debbie Barrett; her grandchildren, Gregory Barrett (Savannah), Steven Barrett (Rachael), Brandon Barrett and Adrianne Bleyer; her great-grandchildren, Rowan Box, Domanick Layman and Azarella Bearden and a host of other friends and family. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Jewell Key; her brothers, Max and Will Key; her sisters, Lorene Lambert and Shelia Key and her children, Ricky and Angie Barrett.
