Sandy Roberts

Sanford E. "Sandy" Roberts (65) passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. He was the owner of Castrol Auto Service Center in Booneville. He enjoyed drag racing, watching NHRA, working on cars and buying, selling & trading at auctions and flea markets. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren whom were his pride and joy.

Services are 2 pm Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Antioch Baptist Church with Bro. Marty Roberts and Bro. David George officiating. Burial will follow in the Pisgah Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 11-2 Saturday at Antioch Baptist Church.

Sandy is survived by his wife of 32 years, Karen Roberts of Jumpertown; his sons, Dustin Roberts (Valerie) of Booneville and Bronson Berryhill (Kelly) of Booneville; his daughter, Katie Roberts of Jumpertown; his brothers, Larry Roberts of Keownville, James Ray Roberts (Rosie) of New Albany and Bradley Roberts (Lynn) of West Union; his sister, Cynthia Reed of New Albany; his in-laws, Bill & Nona Wimberly; his grandchildren, Grady Morgan Berryhill, Kira Elise Roberts, Peyton Bryce Taylor and Dustin Blake Roberts and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Esque & Christine Roberts; his brothers, Elton & Danny Roberts and his sisters, Beverly Clifton & Linda Henry.

Pallbearers are the Deacons of Antioch Baptist Church and the employees at Castrol Auto Service Center.
