Sally Pearl Sasse

Sally Pearl Sasse (88) passed away Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Hospitality House in Iuka. She a member of East Marietta Baptist Church and attended Little Creek Baptist Church. She was also a member of Eastern Star. She loved being with family, especially her grandchildren, and she enjoyed traveling.

Services are 3 pm Sunday, April 21, 2024 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Jeremy Johnson and Bro. Chuck Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-3 pm Sunday, April 21, 2024 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

Sally is survived by her sons, Hershal "Hoyle" Pharr, Jr. of Hills Chapel, Anthony Pharr of Marietta and Bobby Pharr (Janeen) of Tishomingo; her sister, Lois Davis (James) of Blackland; her grandchildren, Melissa Short (Kevin) of Booneville, Carrie Jones (Jarvis) of Hills Chapel, Camron Pharr of Marietta, Brianna Pharr of Springfield, MO, Darrah Cooper (Daniel) of Corinth, Madison Pharr and Jackson Pharr of Tishomingo; Six great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gulmer and Eunice Sparks; her first husband, and father of her sons, Hershal Pharr; her husband Clarence Sasse; her grandson, Chris Pharr; her sisters, Marcella Glenn, Claire Simmons and Madge Presley; and her brothers, Robert Sparks, R.C. Sparks and Jim Sparks.

Pallbearers are Camron Pharr, Jackson Pharr, Tryston Pharr, Jarvis Jones and Daniel Cooper.
