Ronald Moore

Ronald "Moose" Moore (64) went home to be with Jesus on Friday May 3, 2019. He was born December 3, 1954 to the late Clyde F. Moore and Jewel Shook Moore. Ron was a big man who tackled life in a big way. His dad always told him if you make your bed hard you have to sleep in it. He started driving a truck when he was 16 years old. That was his way of life. He owned his own trucks and taught many friends and family to drive. He drove this country from coast to coast. Ron and his wife Sue loved traveling, cruising and exploring God's creations. Ron was a big man with a big heart. Just when you thought you had him figured out, you didn't. He was truly one of a kind. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Susan Morgan Moore; his sister, Betty Wilson; his mother-in-law, Kay Morgan; his step-children, Will Lyons (Shawn), Eric Miles (Michelle), Heather Towery (Joey) and Chris Moreland (Ashley); his grandchildren, Madison, Maddie, Anna, Mallory, Kayla, Briana, Audrey and Wyatt; his great-grandchildren, Allaythia and AJ Miles; his nieces and nephews, Robie Lewis, Samantha and Callie Lewis, John Wilson, Arica, Emily and Lane Wilson; his best friends, Gary Miles, Billy Michael and Ernie Fout and a host of other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers; James Leroy Moore and Charles Alfred Moore and his brother-in-law; Clifton Wilson. There were no formal services.
