Rickey Irvin Nichols

Rickey Irvin Nichols (70) passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Baldwyn Nursing Facility. He enjoyed walking, picking up trash on the side of the road, riding his bicycle, cleaning houses, celebrating Christmas and spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He was a very giving, caring and loving person and was loved by all. He really treasured the times he was able to go to Timber Hills.

Memorial services are 11 am Saturday, December 2, 2023 in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Nichols officiating. Visitation will be 10-11 am Saturday in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

Rickey is survived by his brothers, Guy James Nichols, Jr. of GA, Billy Raymond Nichols (Francis) of AR, Albert Price Nichols of Booneville and Mac Ray Nichols of Baldwyn; his sisters, Joyce Smith of NC and Barbara Hutchens of Baldwyn and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy James & Mildred Nichols; his brothers, Johnnie, Edwin and Mickey Nichols; his sister, Joan McFadden and his half-sister, Virginia Vanderhoof.
