Perry Ray Edge

Perry Ray Edge (63) passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Ochsner LSU Health Center in Shreveport, LA. He was a member of the Goodfellow Program, the Civitans Club and several music associations. He was the owner and licensed auctioneer at Edge Auto Auction. He also owned Double E Promotions Music. He thoroughly enjoyed dealing with cars, auctions and music.

Services will be 11 am Tuesday, September 14, 2021 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Marty Raybon and Jimmy Edge officiating. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Monday, September 13, 2021 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hodges Cemetery.

Perry is survived by his wife of 20 years, Vikki Barnes Edge of Booneville; his son, Johnathon Edge of Booneville; his brother, Maynard Edge (Gina) of Booneville; his special nephew, whom he raised like a son, Dusty Roberts (Valerie) of Booneville; his nieces and nephews, Julie, Belinda, Beth, Preston and Valerie and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews and special friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John T. and Vilent Edge and an infant brother.

Pallbearers are; Robert Edge, Bradley Robinson, Tommy Fowler, Frankie Shelley, Roger Perkerson, Chris Stanford, Jimmy Clyde Hicks and Matthew Faulkner.
