Pam "Mamaw" Mason Shook (65) passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was an active member and faithful pastor's wife at Crossroads Full Gospel Church. She enjoyed going to church, playing the piano, singing, traveling and camping. Her biggest passion was loving and taking care of her family, especially her grandchildren.
Services are 11 am Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Crossroads Full Gospel Church (202 Clyde Moore Circle Booneville, MS 38829) with Bro. Michael Clifton and Pastor Billy Wayne Henderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Crossroads Full Gospel Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-9 pm Friday, October 25, 2024 at the church.
Pam is survived by her husband of 31 years, Bro. Stanley "Poppy" Shook of Booneville; her sons, Mark Shook (Jessica) of Cairo and Larry Shook (KJ) of Tremont; her daughters, Christy Lowry (special friend, Buck) of Shannon, Sonya Lowry of Shannon, Amy Coyle (Nick) of Nettleton and Missy Mills (Buddy) of Booneville; her brother, Lannie Mason (Michelle) of Baldwyn; her sisters, Patricia "Boots" Young (Gary) of Tupelo and Penny Ryan (Frank) of Tupelo; her bonus son, Chris Howell of Pontotoc; her spiritual daughter, Rebecca Pickens of Shannon; her grandchildren, Cayden, Levi, Bryce, Hunter, Sara, Lexey, Riley, Gavin, Cooper, Kyler, Cory, Hunter Wayne, Aaron, Myrryam, Esther, Naomi, Gabe, Sarah and Ty and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jamie Lowry; her mother, Christine Taylor; her brother, Perry Mason; her sister, Liz Taylor; her grandson, Casey Young; her grandmother, Hannah Foster and her nephews, Neil Young and Shawyn Lowry.
Her grandsons and nephews will serve as her pallbearers.
