Ouida Marie Penny

Ouida Marie Penny (87) passed away Sunday, September 18, 2022 at the Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. She attended East Booneville Baptist Church. She worked many years at Plumrose and at Walmart. She enjoyed working, gardening and canning.

Services are 2 pm Wednesday, September 21, 2022 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Estes officiating. Burial will follow in the Little Brown Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Tuesday, September 20, 2022 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

Ouida is survived by her daughter, Linda Marie Harris (Donny); her sister, Carolyn Estes (Randy); her grandchildren, Connie Hancock, Jason Harris (Amy) and Donny "Pee-Wee" Harris, Jr. (Vanessa) and her great-grandchildren, Tyson Harris, Lauren Hancock, Jake Harris, Eli Harris and Anndrea Harris.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lera Hayden; her father, Clarence Holley; her sons, William Eugene Penny and Jerry Dean Penny; her great-granddaughter, Molly Grace Harris; her brothers, Billy Holley and Robert Hayden and her sister, Linda Davis.

Pallbearers are Jason Harris, Tyson Harris, Jake Harris, Eli Harris, Donny Harris, Jr and John Purvis.
