Norris Wayne Hill

Norris Wayne Hill (85) passed away Friday, November 17, 2023 at his daughter's home after an extended illness. He was born May 2, 1938 in Lee County to the late Roscoe and Rebecca Hill. He worked at Super Sagles for 40+ years. He loved his God and was ready to meet him. He loved his wife of 61 years, Alene Hill, until her death on February 10, 2018. They were blessed with three children. He loved his family and his friends. He cherished spending time with them. He was an avid Mississippi State Bulldog fan.

Services are 3 pm Sunday, November 19, 2023 in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Dobbs officiating. Burial will follow in the McNeil Cemetery. Visitation will be 12-3 pm Sunday in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

Norris is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Stein (Eric) of Saltillo; his son, Richard Hill (Sherry) of Tupelo; his brother-in-law, Billy Dobbs of Belden; his grandchildren, Brandon Stein (Tracy), Jacob Stein, Jordan Stein, Zack Hill (Maggie), Adam Hill (Carmen), Chase Hill (Abby), Kevin Edwards, Courtney Gray and Ashley Gray and his great-grandchildren, Cailin, Luke, Hunter, Preslee, Linley Claire, Kennedy Tedford, Benton, Swayze and Riley Cate.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Alene Hill; his parents, Roscoe & Rebecca Hill; his daughter, Rhonda Hill; his grandson, Chris Edwards; his in-laws, Lester & Wilma Johnson; his sister, Lynette Dobbs and his nephew, Terry Dobbs.

Pallbearers are Brandon Stein, Jacob Stein, Jordan Stein, Zack Hill, Adam Hill, Chase Hill and Kevin Edwards.
