Nelodene Burns Tidwell

Nelodene Burns Tidwell (77) passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was a member of the Verona Church of Christ. She enjoyed shopping, cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services are 6 pm Thursday, March 31, 2022 in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Cox officiating. Burial will be in the Carters Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-6 pm Thursday at the funeral home.

Nelodene is survived by her son, Chris Wroten (Michele) of Shannon; her daughters, Angela Clark (Conralph) of Saltillo and Cynthia Brown of Tupelo; her sister, Belinda Dunaway (Mike) of Booneville; her grandchildren, Latoya Bumphis, Leisha Bumphis, Ashley Johnson (Stanley), Natasha Sims, Courtney Wroten, Matthew Wroten, Brandon Wroten (Tiffney) and Noah Newton and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Marie Burns and her brother, JD Burns.

Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren will serve as her pallbearers.
