Monica Grace McCoy

Monica Grace McCoy (44) passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at Nashville General Hospital. She was a member of the Nashville Rescue Mission. She enjoyed drawing, painting and spending time with her family and friends.

Services are 2 pm Thursday, June 4, 2026 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Casteel officiating. Burial will follow in the Zion Rest Community Cemetery. Visitation will be 12-2 pm Thursday in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

Monica is survived by her daughters, Kaylee Bozek (Levi) of Tupelo and Kloe Gann of Booneville; her father, Marvin McCoy of Corinth; her mother, Hilda Tackett of Booneville; her step-father, Mike Bennett of Booneville; her brother, Lee McCoy (Jennifer) of Booneville; her sister, Hannah McCoy of Booneville and her special friends, Brandie Parmer of Nashville, Laci Celeste and Jennifer Crutchfield of Nashville.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Travis & Grace Sample and Jimmy & Earnestine McCoy and her cousin, Matthew Sample.

Pallbearers are Bobby Alan McCoy, Scott Sample, Bruce McCoy, Eric McCoy, Brian Sample and Nick Hux.

Honorary pallbearers are Ronin McCoy and Wick Davis.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nashville Rescue Mission.
