Mathery "JR" Robinson

Mathery "JR" Robinson (64) passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at UAB in Birmingham. He was a loving husband and father. He was an avid sports fan.

Services are 4 pm Monday, September 11, 2023 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Booneville Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:30-4 pm Monday in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

JR is survived by his spouse of 18 years, Elizabeth Ann Trace of Booneville; his sons, Matthew Chance Robinson (of the home), Zack Foster (Holley), Tanner Foster and Dakota Robinson; his daughter, Elizabeth Page Robinson of the home; his brothers, Tim Robinson of Jackson, TN and Danny Robinson of McKenzie, TN; his sisters, Ginger Cobb (Joe) of Tuscumbia, AL and Betty Sanchez of Henry, TN; his granddaughter, Kayleigh Foster and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mathery Grove & Nellie Gray Blunt Robinson.

Pallbearers are Chance Robinson, Karl Trace, Mike Trace, Mitchell Trace, Trey Smith and Knox Houston.
