Mary Agnes (Wigington) Wheeler

Mary Agnes Wheeler (91) passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at her home in the Jacinto Community. She was a founding member of Hilltop Church of God. She retired as a seamstress from Bluebell Manufacturing. She enjoyed quilting, gospel singing and spending time with her family and church family. She was always doing for others and was a prayer warrior for her family and her community.

Services are 2 pm Friday, April 16, 2021 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Hutson and Bro. Ricky Hutson officiating. Visitation will be 11-2 on Friday in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Hilltop Church of God Cemetery.

Mary Agnes is survived by her son, Harry Wheeler (Donna); her grandchildren, Tracy Whirley and Kristy Yarbrough and her great-grandchildren, Kristen Whirley, Breanna Yarbrough and Briar Yarbrough.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Wheeler; her parents, Thomas and Ramer Wigington; her brothers, Cleveland and James Claudy Wigington; her sisters, Helen Pettigo, Evelyn Long and Shelby Jones and her grandson-in-law, James Yarbrough.

Pallbearers are; Larry George, Briar Yarbrough, Ellis Long, Joe Wheeler, Brent Vanderford and Robert Stacy.

Honorary pallbearers are; Michael Pettigo, Terry Wigington, Mike Epperson and Jamie Epperson.
