Margaret McKinney

Margaret Harper Davis McKinney (90) went home to be with Jesus on November 18, 2023. She was born October 1, 1933 to the late JQ & Ruby Harper. She was a faithful member of New Covenant Family Worship Center. She loved to crochet. She made baby blankets for all the new babies, last name signs for family and friends, and afghans. She also made a huge hanging of the Lord's Prayer for her church. Margaret loved everyone and was loved by all.

Services are 2 pm Monday, November 20, 2023 at New Covenant Family Worship Center with Bro. David Krech and Justin Pettigo officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant "Bucksnort" Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 pm Sunday, November 19, 2023 at New Covenant Family Worship Center.

Margaret is survived by her daughters, Vickie Davis, Rita Davis, Brenda Horton and Tammy Cunningham; her sister-in-law, Lynn Harper; her grandchildren, Dale Davis (Brandy), Elizabeth Tackitt (Corey), Syrena Sisk, Brandon Feazell, Patrick Davis, Kerry Davis (Kellye), Joshua Davis, Cindy Humphres (Jeff), Angela Cunningham, Justin McKinney (Jennifer), Courtney Robinson (Alec), Landon McKinney, Melanie Wigginton, Tom Wigginton Jr. and Craig McKinney; 37 great-grandchildren and 15 great great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, JQ & Ruby Harper; her brother, Jimmy Harper; her first husband, Vewin Davis; her second husband, LB McKinney; her daughter, Pat Davis Bishop; her sons, Steve Davis, Paul Ray McKinney and Thomas Wigginton; her granddaughter, Amanda Hutchins and four great-grandchildren, VJ Davis, Keith Davis, Kolten Tackitt and Selena Humphres.
