Lowenstein Graves (93) passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Longwood Community Living Center in Booneville. She was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed gospel singing, the Jacinto Senior Singers, playing rook and going out to eat.
Services are 2 pm Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Pilcher and Alex Wesson officiating. Burial will follow in New Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 am to 2 pm Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.
Lowenstein is survived by her daughter, Betty Green; her stepson, Michael Graves; her stepdaughters, Carol Essary, Kathy Johnson and Diane Weathers; and her grandchildren, Kim Lambert, Shauna Wright, Valerie Pilcher (Jason) and Kristen Wesson (Alex); 10 Great-Grandchildren and one Great-Great-Grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Horace Wright; her husband, Harold Graves; her sons, Horace E. Wright, Johnny W. Wright and Gary Lee Wright; her daughters-in-law, Pat Wright and Thena Wright; her son-in-law, Don Green; her stepson, Johnny Graves; her sister, Maudie Sanders; and her brother, Harold Dean Bryant.
Pallbearers will be Robert Buran, Aaron Pilcher, Isaac Allen and Luke Chittom.
