Larry Wayne Brimingham (68) passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at his home in the Burton Community. He was a member of Mt. Olive Church of God. He enjoyed gardening, wood working, fishing and researching of scriptures. His favorite verses that he would encourage others to study were Hebrews 2:10-18; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and 1 Corinthians 15:42-58.
Graveside services will be at 2 pm Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at Forked Oak Cemetery.
Larry is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Wanda Barnes Brimingham of Burton; his sons, Lyle Brimingham of Burton and Eric Brimingham (Amy) of Burton; his grandchildren, Kaitlin & Jackson Brimingham of Burton; his siblings, Brenda (Bruce) of Meridian, Joyce (Danny) of Tishomingo, June (Brenda) of Tishomingo, Mary Lou (Kenneth) of Altitude, Dorothy (Ray) of Biggersville, Mark (Beth) of Tishomingo, Janice (Sidney) of Burton and Nathan of Burton and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Lee & Clara Sue Floyd Brimingham and his grandparents, Trannie Floyd and GW & Betty Brimingham.
In lieu of flowers, gifts, food, etc..., Larry's last wishes were for others to help people in their community in need and to give back. He wanted them to be the hands and feet of Jesus with a giving soul, especially around this holiday season.
