Jane Dillingham (84) passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025. She was a member of The Potter's Wheel. She was a nurse for 51 years and retired in 2019 at the age of 79. She began preaching in 1964 and was the pastor of Monday Night Church for 30 years. She was a very talented woman who had her hands in many different businesses throughout her life. She was an Avon Agent for 41 years, owned a pet shop, bred & sold dogs, owned a greenhouse and taught music for a number of years. She loved preaching, playing & singing music, gardening, canning vegetables, riding horses & farming with her family in her younger years and spending time with her family. She was a loving wife and mother that will be missed by all.
Services are 1 pm Thursday, April 17, 2025 at The Potter's Wheel with Rev. Ronnie Mercer and Sister Tracie Phillips officiating. Graveside services will be 10 am Friday, April 18, 2025 at Hatchie Chapel Cemetery in Walnut, MS. Visitation will begin at 5 pm Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at The Potter's Wheel (1377 HWY 348 Guntown, MS).
Jane is survived by her sisters, Imogene Stanley and Joan Sloan; her nieces, Rhonda Modlin (Neal) and Tina Mayer (Justin); her great-nieces, Elizabeth Clements (James) and Kayleigh Mayer; her great-nephew, Matthew Peters; her great great-niece, Ivy Clements and a host of cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac & Olarhue Eubanks; her husband, Gilbert Dillingham; her daughter, Linda Jane Dillingham and her brothers-in-law, Joe Stanley, David Sloan and Conner Dillingham.
Pallbearers are Isaiah Hernandez, Justin Mayer, Geovany Perez, James Clements, Neal Modlin and Tyler Winter.
