James Richard (`) Wilson

James Richard Wilson (64) passed away Friday, May 8, 2026 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He spent his working life as a truck driver. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting, knives, playing with his dogs and spending time with his family. He was a friend to everyone.

Services are 4 pm Thursday, May 14, 2026 in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Norvell officiating. Visitation will be 2-4 pm Thursday in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home. James will be laid to rest in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.

James is survived by his daughter, Chassidy Williams (Darren) of Ramer, TN; his sisters, Teresa, Jamie & Rhonda Wilson, all of Tremont; his grandchildren, Breanna Thacker (Brandon) of Iuka and Dylan Brose of Iuka; his great grandchildren, Weston Reed & Wyla James Thacker of Iuka; his special friend, Frances Harmon of Fulton and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James & Jerlden Wilson.
