James Earl King

James Earl King (68) passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville. He enjoyed working on cars, training horses, feeding chickens, bushhogging, fishing, watching wrestling and just being outdoors.

Memorial services are 3 pm Saturday, January 27, 2024 at First Baptist Church in Jumpertown with Bro. Richard Yarber officiating. Visitation will be 2-3 pm Saturday at the church.

James is survived by his daughters, Sonja Turner (Robert) of Kossuth, April Yarber (Richard) of Booneville, Cheryl Mace (Michael) of Booneville and Valerie Gadd (Austin) of Booneville; his sisters, Janie Kerr of GA and Irene Brannon (Royce) of GA; his grandchildren, Kimberly Lewis (DJ), Novalea Yarber, Cadyn Shouse, Tristyn Shouse and Connor Frost; his great-grandchild, Ella Grace Lewis and his special friends, Angel Huddleston, Jacob Huddleston, Gracie Reece, Lanie Huddleston, Penny Lang and Linda Jackson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hattie Pearl & Richard King; his brother, David King; his sister, Jewell Roberts; his twin sister, Elizabeth Waldrop; his twin grandchildren, the Gadd twins and his great-grandchild, Naveah Faith Lewis.
