Holly Hughes

Holly Hughes (37) passed away Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. She was a member of East Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and attended Faith Baptist Church. She enjoyed going to the beach, hiking, kayaking, dancing, cooking, gardening, making tents in the living room for her son and spending time with her family. Holly loved life.

Services  will be 2 pm Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at East Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Bro. Anthony Copeland officiating. Visitation will be 12-2 pm Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at East Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Brad Hughes of Baldwyn; her sons, Andy Hughes and Drew Hughes both of Baldwyn; her daughter, Gracie Thompson (Wes) of Baldwyn; her parents, Sherry Perkins (Mike) of Tupelo and Patrick Shook (Mitzi) of Nettleton; her sisters, Angela Shook (Trent) of Nashville, Jessica Shook of Guntown, Emily Shook of Nettleton and Cassie Perkins of Clarksdale; her brothers, Wesley Robinson (Stephanie) of Amory and Taylor Perkins of Starkville.
