Harold "Buddy" Rowan

Harold "Buddy" Rowan (79) passed away Monday, August 21, 2023 at his home in Baldwyn. He was a member of Westside Baptist Church. He enjoyed traveling to the mountains and out west. He was an avid collector, loved tinkering with trucks, loved his family and enjoyed flying.

Services are 2 pm Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Prentiss Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 12-2 pm Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

Buddy is survived by his daughters, Tina Samples (Keith) of Baldwyn and Sherry Payne (Shan) of Saltillo; his sister, Connie Roberts of Baldwyn; his grandchildren, Brittany Samples (Nathan), Brandie Vance (Jacob), Jacob Payne and Anna Kate Payne; and his great-grandchildren, Caleb Vance, Kaiden Vance, Hayden Pannell and Addilyn Pannell.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Regina Rowan; his parents, Harold and Lula Mae Rowan; his sister, Janice Smithey; and his nephew, Kevin Smithey.

Pallbearers will be Don Rowan, Larry Rowan, Jacob Payne, Jacob Vance, Nathan Pannell and Shan Payne.

Honorary pallbearers are Jeff Rowan, Jimmy Rowan, Hayden Pannell, Caleb Vance and Kaiden Vance.
