David Delane "Buddy" Baker

David Delane "Buddy" Baker (57) passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in New Albany. He was a member of House of Prayer Bible Believing Church. He enjoyed fishing, watching wrestling, singing and going to church.

Services are 2 pm Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at House of Prayer Bible Believing Church with Bro. Jimmy Newby and Bro. Carl Newby officiating. Burial will follow in the House of Prayer Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at House of Prayer Bible Believing Church.

David is survived by his brothers, Steven Baker of Booneville, Mark Baker (Glenda) of Vicksburg, Kelly Baker of Booneville and Eric Eldridge of TN; his sister, Monessia Missy Arnett of TN and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, David Baker; his mother, Barbrie Eldridge; his step-father, Boone Eldridge; his brothers, Lee Baker and Eli Eldridge and his sisters, Donna Morgan and Deborah Eldridge.

Pallbearers are Mark Baker, Steven Baker, Kelly Baker, Timothy Morgan, Carl Newby and Chris Darnell.
