Cheryl Lynn Stein

Cheryl Lynn Stein (62) left her earthly home Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at North Mississippi Medical Center after a short illness. She was born July 17, 1961 to Wayne and Alene Hill. She married the love of her life, Eric Stein, on July 10, 1981 and they spent 42 wonderful years together.

Cheryl was a teacher's aid at Saltillo Elementary School and a bridal consultant for Kay's Creation and a member of Auburn Baptist Church.

She loved watching her granddaughter perform in rodeos, her grandson perform in plays and spending time with her family.

Services are 12 pm Thursday, February 8, 2024 in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with her son, Brandon Stein officiating. Burial will follow in the McNeil Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Wednesday, February 7, 2024 and 11-12 Thursday in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne &  Alene Hill; her grandparents, Lester & Wilma Johnson and Rosco & Rebecca Hill; her sister, Rhonda Hill; her nephew, Chris Edwards and her in-laws, Stan & Judy Stein.

She is survived by her husband, Eric; her sons, Brandon Stein (Traci), Jordan Stein and Jacob Stein; her brother, Richard Hill (Sherry); her sisters-in-law, Tonya Collums (Dewayne) and Lisa Lawson (Greg); her brother-in-law, Blake Stein (Pam); her granddaughter, Cailin Stein; her grandson, Luke Stein; her niece and a host of nephews.

Pallbearers are Eric, Brandon, Jordan and Jacob Stein.

Honorary pallbearers will be her nephews and her brother, Richard Hill.
