Cecil Watkins

Cecil Watkins (81) passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville. He was a fantastic artist. He enjoyed painting, collecting trains, watching TV, listening to music and spending time with his family.

Services are 2 pm Sunday, December 15, 2024 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Rex Bullock officiating. Burial will follow in the Kirkville Cemetery. Visitation will be 12-2 pm Sunday in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

Cecil is survived by his wife of 40 years, Patti Lindsey Watkins of Booneville; his sons, Jeremy Lindsey (Kayla) of TN and Scotty Lindsey (Misty) of KY; his grandchildren, Marissa, Jonathan (Destiny), Annie, Elijah, Abby, Tristan, Katelyn, Christian, Matias, Jacob and Max; his great grandchildren, Daisy and London and a host of extended family.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Erica Erwin and his parents, Cecil & Eunice Watkins.

His grandsons will serve as his pallbearers.
