Carolyn Wildmon (78) passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the Landmark Nursing and Rehab Center in Booneville. She was born November 22, 1942 in Thomasville, GA to the late Theodore and Gertrude Alligood. She retired from Corinthian in 2010 and was currently employed with Prentiss-Alcorn Water Association. She enjoyed cooking, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Carolyn is survived by her sons, David Michael Fletcher (Robert) of Horn Lake and Mark Douglas Fletcher of Thrasher; her daughter, Mellissa Brumley (Butch) of Booneville; her brothers, Kenneth Alligood of Tallahassee, FL and Greg Alligood of Yulee, FL; her sisters, Geraldine Crane (Don) of Gainesville, GA, Virginia Mitchell (the late Chuck) of Cumming, GA, Linda Smith (George) of Coolidge, GA and Glenda Riggins of Cochran, GA; her grandchildren, Cameron Fletcher of Thrasher, Joshua Brumley of Booneville, Jason Brumley (Candace) of Booneville and Jessica Tyler (Jonathan) of Ripley and her great-grandchildren, Weslee Brumley, Cason Brumley, Ward Tyler and Emily Tyler.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 infant children and her sister, Iris Alligood.
