Carlos Edward Wilson

Carlos Edward Wilson (82) passed away Monday, August 26, 2024. He was a man of many lives. He enjoyed working, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family and his beloved dogs. He was always helpful in the community and was known for his very colorful and embellished stories. He never met a stranger and would give the shirt off his back.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 3 pm at Refuge Church of Christ (3426 Refuge Rd. Bethel Springs, TN 38315) with David Baggett officiating. Visitation will be 2-3 pm Saturday at the church.

Carlos is survived by his son, Keith Wilson (Wendy) of Bethel Springs, TN; his daughters, Debbie Wilson Howell (Walter) of Rienzi, MS and Melissa Miller of Topeka, KS; his brother, Charles Wilson of Bethel Springs, TN; his grandchildren, Billy Ramey (Brandy), Amanda Ramey (Nick), Bryan Howell (Mizu), Ginger Howell (Jean Charles), Melonie Howell (Joe), Roy Howell, Edward Keith Wilson, Jr. (Natalie), Ashley Wilson Lambert, Alexandria Charles, Chad Denny (Allie), Shea Keller, EL Keller and David Miller; 19 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; his nephew, Earnest R. Wilson (Tammy) and his great nephew, Cory Wilson (Taylor).

He was preceded in death by his father, Litt Wilson; his mother, Mamie Wilson; his sister, Mary E. Wilson; his son, Eddie Andrew "Bus" Wilson and his sister-in-law, Louise Wilson.
