Buford Ray Newcomb

Buford Ray Newcomb (61) passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was a truck driver and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

Visitation will be 5-8 pm Wednesday, June 5, 2024 in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home. There will be no formal services.

He is survived by his spouse, Kay Newcomb of Mantachie; his sister, Donna Lamb (Shad) of Tupelo; his father, Carl Young of Guntown; his step-sisters, Teresa Johnson (Lonnie) of Guntown, Tonya Young of Guntown and Tammy Childress of Winona; his step-brother, Thomas Carl Young of Guntown and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, Cory Newcomb; his mother, Frances Young and his step-sister, Tina Brewer.
