Bryan Dwayne Newman

Bryan Dwayne Newman (55) passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at his residence in Kirkville. He was retired from Cooper Tire. 
He was born May 24, 1968, to the late Roy Wayne and Judith (Brewer) Newman. He was a 1986 graduate of Mantachie High School. He was of the Baptist faith.
In his younger days, he enjoyed playing football and wrestling. When his sons were young, he led the youth in the Awana program at Bethel Baptist Church in Dorsey. He enjoyed taking his family on vacation to the Smokey Mountains, Disney World, and Gulf Shores. In recent years, he enjoyed the simple things in life: drinking coffee with his sons and watching his grandsons play.
He is survived by his mother, Judith Brewer Newman of Kirkville; his three sons, Tanner Newman of Tupelo, Hunter Newman (Lexi) of Kirkville and Spencer Newman (Tori) of Tupelo and his two grandsons, Greyson and Granger Newman.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Wayne Newman.
A celebration of life will be held at 1 pm Thursday, October 26, 2023 in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Elbert Ray Bennett officiating. Visitation will be 11-1 Thursday in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home. Private graveside service and burial will take place in the Hills Chapel Church Cemetery in Kirkville.
Pallbearers are Tanner Newman, Hunter Newman, Spencer Newman, Greyson Newman, Maverick Hopkins, Prentiss Bennett and Alan Brewer.
