Billy Ray Lambert

Billy Ray Lambert (74) passed away Saturday, June 28, 2025. He was a member of the Tabernacle Church in Burnsville and was a 32nd Degree Mason & Pass Master of Burnsville Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, traveling, riding his side-by-side, sitting on his front porch watching hummingbirds and spending time with his family.

Services are 5:30 pm Tuesday, July 1, 2025 in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Sheldon Lambert officiating. Visitation will be 4-5:30 pm Tuesday in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

Billy Ray is survived by his sons, Tim Lambert (Debbie) of Farmington and Brandon Lambert (Amanda) of Booneville; his mother, Idell Lambert of Theo; his brothers, Larry Lambert (Hester) of Burnsville and Ricky Lambert (Hilda) of Iuka; his sister, Wanda Nelson (Lawrence) of Theo; his grandchildren, Evan, Emma, Avery & Addison Lambert, Jessica Newton, Nicole Hamilton (Gus), Amber Holloway, Brandon Wood, Traci Cummins (Walt), Bobby Plaxico, Hunter Plaxico, Linda Bunns (Roy) and Neil Bingham and a host of great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Lambert; his wife, Linnie Lou Lambert and his infant brother, Charles Lee Lambert.

Pallbearers are Lucas Lambert, Ray Flanagan, Mark Lambert, Orb Lentz, Larry Lambert and Chris Holland.
