Billy Joe "Little Billy" Moss, Jr.

Billy Joe "Little Billy" Moss, Jr. (61) passed away Monday, September 2, 2024 due to injuries sustained in an ATV accident. He was a member of New Lebanon Freewill Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching westerns, riding his ATV, working on the dairy farm with his dad and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Services are 2 pm Thursday, September 5, 2024 at New Lebanon Freewill Baptist Church with Bro. Jack Whitley officiating. Burial will follow in the New Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at New Lebanon Freewill Baptist Church.

Little Billy is survived by his mother, Martha Shackelford Moss of Burton; his brothers, Roger Neil Moss (Tammy) of New Site and Gregory Moss (Marsha) of Corinth; his sisters, Leigh Ann Hopkins (Lance) of Burton, Lisa Slack (Jason) of Cairo and Lori Moss (Lynette) of Chattanooga, TN; his nieces & nephews, Brittany Corbett (Daniel), Shelby Moss, Jason Turnbow, Tyler Moss, Tanner Moss (Lana), Emma Grace Moss, Zachary Moss, Jonathan Slack (Marleigh), Hayleigh Phelps (Nathan), Gracie Hopkins (Cody Frady) and Hayden Hopkins and 8 great nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Moss, Sr. and his grandparents, Levi & Eutra Shackelford and Joseph & Pearl Moss.

Pallbearers are Daniel Corbett, Jason Turnbow, Cody Frady, Wendell Lambert, Keith Lambert, Mark Barnes, Matthew Throne and Nathan Phelps.

Honorary pallbearers are Zachary Moss and Dennis Brown.
