Barbara Jean Vandevander

Barbara Jean Vandevander (92) passed away Monday, July 28, 2025 at Longwood Nursing and Rehab in Booneville. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 from 11 am until 1 pm in the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Prentiss Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by her daughters, Susan and Bonita of Booneville; her grandchildren, Jamie Pittman, Bridget Chism (Kyle), Joseph Pittman, Erica Gilley and Stephanie Johnson and a host of great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Vandevander; her brother, David Graham and her sisters, Ena Sally Davis, Avis White and Louise Gus Mayo.
