Barbara Jean McKim

Barbara Jean McKim (60) passed away Monday, February 10, 2025 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville. She was a member of Pratts Christian Church, and the Red Hat Ladies Club at the Landmark. She enjoyed spending time with family, and she loved animals.

Services are 2 pm Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Dale Berryman and Peyton Houston officiating. Burial will follow in Sumners Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12-2 pm Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at the Booneville Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.

Barbara is survived by one child, Layne McKim (Brooke) of Booneville; her sisters, Carolyn Cox (Jerry) of Rienzi, Charlotte McAnally (Mark) of Booneville, Wendy Nanney (Jason) of Baldwyn, and Margie Scott of Baldwyn; her mother and stepfather, Jim and Joyce Walthers of Booneville; her grandson, Khalen McKim of Booneville; a host of nieces and nephews; and her friends at the Landmark.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ross Scott.

Pallbearers are Josh McAnally, Brandon McAnally, Jeremy Cox, Wesley Cummings, Jace Michael and Jason Nanney.
