Addie Jane Thomas (81) passed away Thursday, August 17, 2023 at the Baldwyn Nursing Facility. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, going to church, going to singings, taking vacations and spending time with her family.
Services are 2 pm Sunday, August 20, 2023 in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Douglas Kitchens, Bro. Ray Guin and Bro. Keith Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in the Kirkville Cemetery. Visitation will be 12-2 pm Sunday in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home.
Addie is survived by her husband of 63 years, James "Pistol" Thomas of Baldwyn; her sons, Keith Thomas (Rebecca) of Baldwyn, Eddie Thomas (Debbie) of Saltillo and Ralph Thomas (Nancy) of Marietta; her sisters, Peggy Booth (Billy Joe) of Plantersville and Wanda Hopkins of Guntown; 9 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Buck and Kressie Ramey; her brothers, Bob Ramey and Billy Wayne Ward and her great-grandson, Dalen Keith Thomas.
Pallbearers are Jeremy Thomas, Gary Lee Thomas, Phillip Roper, Nathan Warren, Chris Stacey and Malcolm Driskell.
Her great-grandchildren will serve as her honorary pallbearers.
