Sherry Sue (Curtiss) Michael

Sherry Sue Michael (74) passed away Saturday, December 21, 2019 at her home in Jumpertown. She was a member of Lamb's Chapel. She enjoyed gardening, cutting wood, fishing and yard work. Services will be 1 pm Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at Lamb's Chapel Church with Bro. Gene Coltharp officiating. Burial will be in the Crossroads Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 am until service time at 1 pm Tuesday at the church.

She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Thornton of Thrasher; her brother, Donald Curtiss (Gidg) of New Site; her grandchildren, DJ Thornton (Erin), Haley Thornton, Hanna Thornton and Hagen Thornton; her nieces, Tonia Pannell (Jeff), Theresa Barnes (Macki) and Tina Suddeth (Shane); her cousins, Shirley Harrison (Troy) and Patricia Grisham; her special friends, Glenda Miller, Polly Strange, Janna Prentiss and Ray Shelton; numerous great nieces and nephews and her special church family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Gladley and Clealer Bishop Curtiss; her husband, Bobby Gene Michael; her sister, Phyliss Gayle Curtiss Holley and her brother, Joseph Curtiss.
