Paul R. Ables

Paul R. Ables (75) passed away Monday, July 8, 2019 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. He served in the Army National Guard for 7 years. He was the owner of Wooden Nickel in Baldwyn for 20 years. He was an avid Ole Miss fan. He enjoyed gardening and searching for Civil War relic. Private family services are 12 pm Friday, July 12, 2019 in the chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Haskel Sparks and Bro. Billy West officiating. Burial will be in Dennis Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his wife, Judy McKee Ables of Dennis; his son, Ritchie Ables (Dena) of Sterrett, AL; his brothers, Jerry Ables (Ellaween) of Dennis and Stanley Ables, Jr (Moigue) of New Site; his sisters, Cathy Hunter (James) of Dennis, Alma Lewis (Robert) of Dennis and Juanita Free (Doyle) of Vardaman and his grandson, Brady Ables. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Florene Maxwell Ables. Pallbearers are; Lonnie McKee, Johnny McKee, Randy Stringer, Steven Ables, Brian Hunter and Brandon Lewis.
