Lillie Jean Roper

Lillie Jean Roper (60) passed away Saturday May 25, 2019 at Select Specialty Hospital in Jackson. She was born June 27, 1958 to the late Avis and Ola Jean Gill Voss in Ashland, AL. She retired from HM Richards. She loved the Lord and her family. She was a member of Worship Center Church. Services are Monday May 26, 2019 at 11 am in the chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Cobb and Bro. Sammy Scott officiating. Burial will be in the Kirkville Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 9:30 am until service time at 11 am. She is survived by her husband, Donald Roper; her son, Philip Roper (C.J.); her daughter, Betty Voss; her granddaughter, Layla Roper; her grandson, Eli Roper; her sister, Ola Fink; her brother, James Voss and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Latain Cook and her brother, Robert Voss. Pallbearers are; Donnie Turner, Kirby Turner, Tony Stanley, JC Coggins, David Inghram and Sam Scott.
